What is Stress? 


Stress is physical , mental or emotional response that causes mental or physical tension. Stresses can be internal ( from illness ) or external ( social situations ,environment and psychological).

When the body is stressed it can cause the “flight or Fight” response which is in all of us.

Prolonged Stress has been linked with many physical disorders Like Depression, anxiety, heart attacks, Hypertension and immune system disturbances to name just a few.
